Rach's April Challenge

April challenge theme: spring

Rules:

1. Bake something that fits the monthly theme. I would prefer cakes, but you can do cupcakes, brownies, bread, etc.
2. Your entry should be edible.
3. Post your entry the last day of the month, include at least one picture.
4. Have fun!

Post your challenge on the last day of April and I will announce the next theme then.
