I know that may seem like a strange theme, but I live in the heart of the bluegrass. The Kentucky Derby is this weekend. We get pretty excited around here about the Derby and the Triple Crown. Be creative and bake something to fit in with the theme of the Triple Crown race nearest you or anything else that reminds you of horses.

Hi Rach, I just discovered your blog this morning. We have a similar plan (i.e. my daughters and I). We currently are in the process of getting our cottage license in Utah you can license your home so you can bake and sell from your home. We thought at first we would focus on cupcakes and over the years expand. We have a busy month this month but next month we will take your challenge.
