The day I did my daffodil cake was the first day of work for a girl in my husband's office. The next week she asked me to make the same cake for her cousin's graduation. I delivered it yesterday and was very happy with the results. It seems doing a cake design a second time is much easier than the first, maybe because all the planning is done.

As a side note remember the WWE cake I did? It was for another girl my husband works with. On the day he delivered it, she asked it she could wait until payday to pay. We figured since they worked together it would be no big deal. Wrong! She ended up getting fired the day before pay day. I guess I learned my lesson about that.

this cake looks wonderfull. It's so dimensional and joyfull. I would never want to slice into it!
